Job summary

TRINITY CLEANZ SERVICES in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily cleaning operations, deploy manpower, and supervise teams to ensure service quality at client sites.

You will prepare work schedules, monitor attendance, liaise with clients, manage equipment, and help maintain safety and company procedures. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle operational matters efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in cleaning operations or facilities management is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
