Job summary

SUN CITY WORKFORCES PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Cleaning Operations Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations at a shopping mall in Singapore.

You will ensure cleanliness standards and supervise the frontline team. You will plan manpower deployment, monitor attendance and performance, handle client feedback, and conduct site inspections to enforce SOPs, safety, and training. This role requires on-site work and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing cleaners or supervisors is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to handle clients and resolve operational issues.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and be hands-on when required.

Responsibilities
