Job summary

ls 2 management pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain service standards across sites.

You will plan schedules, monitor daily operations, conduct site inspections with clients, review reports, and drive improvements. The role requires at least 3 years in cleaning operations, good communication, and the ability to work at East locations with occasional weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG); follow up on cleaning gaps.
• Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.
• Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings.
• Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes.
• Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings.
• Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions.
• Ensure operational KPIs are met.
• Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
