Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site and be hands-on when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning operations and ensure standards.
• Plan manpower deployment, monitor attendance and performance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and handle feedback.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure SOPs, safety and training.
• Monitor equipment, materials and costs; provide hands-on support.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily cleaning operations and ensure the shopping mall meets the required cleanliness standards.
2. Plan manpower deployment, monitor staff attendance and performance, and handle manpower issues.
3. Maintain good relationships with clients and handle feedback or complaints promptly.
4. Conduct site inspections and ensure staff follow cleaning SOPs, safety procedures and training requirements.
5. Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and operational costs, and provide hands‑on support when required.
