Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely shipments. The ideal applicant will have a diploma in Logistics or Business Operations, with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or order management. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. The role includes liaising with suppliers and preparing necessary documents for shipments and financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics or Business Operations related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics / Order Management.
• Prior SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipments.
• Ensure compliance with local and overseas customs regulations.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth receiving and delivery of goods.
• Handle sales, shipping, and import/export documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and customers on orders, shipments, and payments.
• Update sales forecasts, inventory, and accounts receivable reports.
• Prepare bank documents for Letters of Credit and handle SAP transactions.
• Track payments and prepare monthly sales and delivery reports.
• Support other duties as required.
