EMPIRE LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated logistics coordinator to manage sea import/export operations and related documentation. You will coordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely document delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service and collaboration with internal teams.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, preferably sea import/export.
• Familiar with import/export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of freight forwarding systems is an advantage.
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Handle day-to-day sea import & export operations and documentation (e.g., booking, shipping instructions, BL draft, VGM, customs declaration).
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor shipment schedules, vessel cut-off dates, and ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
• Provide proactive updates and after-sales service to clients.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Liaise with internal departments to support operational efficiency and compliance.

• Handle day-to-day sea import & export operations and documentation (e.g., booking, shipping instructions, BL draft, VGM, customs declaration).
