Job summary

Freight Links Express Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics professional to handle end-to-end sea freight operations for both imports and exports in Singapore. You will manage bookings, monitor arrivals, coordinate clearance and delivery, and liaise with overseas agents, carriers, warehouses and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sea freight import & export operations preferred.
• Knowledge of B/L, permits, customs clearance.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and handle fast-paced shipment requirements.
• Familiar with freight systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Sea freight operations for import and export shipments.
• Manage export shipments: booking with carrier.
• Monitor arrival for imports; arrange clearance and delivery; follow up with customers.
• Prepare and send quotations to overseas agents and customers.
• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, transporters, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates about arrivals, delays, or issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs requirements.
• Handle billing, job costing and data entry accurately.
