Job summary

AONE LOGISTICS & PARTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding to coordinate daily freight operations, manage documentation, and liaise with customers, carriers, and authorities. He/she will ensure compliance, timely delivery, and accurate records across air, sea, and land shipments.

The role emphasizes MES handling, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination within the Operations department to support fast-paced logistics services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations.
• Good understanding of import/export freight forwarding procedures.
• Experience in airfreight and/or sea freight operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• MES knowledge is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Freight Operations: coordinate daily import/export shipments by air, sea, or land and arrange bookings with carriers.
• Documentation: prepare and process shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, AWB, BL, and permits.
• Customs & Compliance: coordinate customs clearance and prepare import/export declarations.
• MES: support MES shipments and liaise with customers and agents on MES requirements.
• Customer Service: act as primary contact for shipment arrangements and keep customers updated.
• Coordination & Problem Solving: work with internal teams, agents, carriers, and warehouses; resolve delays.
• Billing & Administrative: verify charges and provide shipment data for invoicing; maintain records.
