Job summary

AONE LOGISTICS & PARTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate daily freight forwarding activities from booking to delivery. You will handle shipments by air, sea and land, prepare documents, and liaise with customers, carriers and warehouses to meet timelines.

The role requires a solid understanding of freight forwarding processes, knowledge of MES is advantageous, and strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding logistics or shipping operations.
• Knowledge or practical experience with the Major Exporter Scheme (MES) is a strong advantage.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily import and export shipments by air, sea and/or land.
• Arrange bookings with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers and other logistics service providers.
• Prepare, check and process shipping and freight forwarding documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure MES compliance.
