Freight Forwarding MNC in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Support professional to help manage daily air and ocean freight shipments (import & export). You will prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate shipment records to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in freight forwarding, exposure to air/sea freight, and knowledge of shipping documents; strong coordination and communication are essential for liaising with airlines, forwarders, and customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Exposure to Air and Sea Freight operations.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documents and customs processes.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for air and ocean freight shipments (import & export).
• Prepare and process shipping documents (HAWB, MAWB, Bill of Lading, manifests).
• Assist with customs declarations and TradeNet submissions.
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, forwarders, and customers.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on schedules and bookings.
• Handle enquiries and basic dispute resolution.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
