Job summary

MXHL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive in Singapore to support uParcel’s delivery network. You will manage drivers, coordinate dispatch, and oversee key customer accounts to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

You will monitor performance metrics, plan routes, and seek improvements to optimise operations while working a 5-day week, with one weekend, and potential for progression to a team lead.

Responsibilities

• Assign deliveries to drivers in the system and coordinate dispatch.
• Manage and liaise with regular drivers for customer accounts.
• Coordinate drivers to ensure timely and accurate parcel delivery.
• Handle account escalations for key customers and monitor performance.
• Monitor delivery metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
• Plan and oversee delivery routes to maximise productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain service standards.
• Ensure KPI targets are met for assigned accounts and assist daily operations.

We are looking for aOperations Executiveto assist the company in managing drivers and key customer accounts.

Working Hours:

5 Days work week, able to work 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. May need to work a shift until 10.30pm.

What you'll be doing

• Assigning of deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling
• Looking for regular drivers to deliver for the customers under your account
• Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers
• Account and escalation handling of selected key customers
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise operational efficiency
• Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and reduce costs
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience
• Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards of service
• Monitoring the fulfillment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for your accounts
• Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department

• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
