Job summary

CALL LADE LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced operations professional in Singapore to strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include investigating accidents, resolving operational issues, leading weekly safety and operations meetings, supervising new workers, and driving cost and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess Class 4 driving license is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and multi tasking skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under stress and meet tight timeline.
• Able to perform overtime when necessary.
• Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office.
