Job summary

Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Fleet Operations Driver to support our logistics team with vehicle condition checks, servicing tracking, and ensuring readiness for deployment.

You will conduct site visits, coordinate workshops and review vehicle inspections, liaising with the operations team on recovery arrangements and other matters while performing both indoor and outdoor duties. Experience in logistics or fleet operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably with commercial vehicles.
• Comfortable performing duties both indoors and outdoors.
• Prior experience in Logistics, Delivery, or Fleet Operations is a plus.

• Conduct routine condition checks on the fleet of vehicles.
• Track vehicle servicing/inspection status and coordinate workshop appointments.

• Ensure new vehicles are properly prepared and ready for deployment.
• Conduct site visits to assess and support new locations.
• Review vehicle inspection submissions from hirers to ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition.
• Provide operational support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
