ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of daily driver and crew activities at our North Sungei Kadut site in Singapore.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations, logistics, or service, with MS Office proficiency and weekend shift availability. Transport is provided; candidates with a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualificações

• Min. NITEC qualification.
• At least 2 years related experience in operations, logistics, or service.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and email is essential.
• Able to work on weekend shift.
• Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule driver and crew work shifts, ensuring efficient manpower deployment for the next day.
• Coordinate transportation activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Assist in budget planning and cost management.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to align operational activities.
• Support the development and review of operational plans to enhance work procedures and service quality.
• Guide teams in handling incidents and emergencies both on the road and on-site.
• Provide updates on incidents to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in addressing and resolving client complaints.
• Prepare and submit monthly job reports to management.

Job Description

Working Location: North - Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days, 7.30am to 6.30pm

Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule driver and crew work shifts, ensuring efficient manpower deployment for the next day.


• Coordinate transportation activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.


• Assist in budget planning and cost management.


• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining adequate stock levels.

Requirements

• Mn. 2 years of related working experience, preferably in the operations capacity in Service, Logistics or Cleaning industry.


• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and email is essential.


• Able to work on weekend shift.


• Ideally with a Class 3 Driving License and has own vehicle.
