Job summary

Qualifications

• Meticulous and well-organized to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, purchasing orders, invoices, delivery orders, and customs permits accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport providers, customers, and suppliers for timely cargo deliveries.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation per Singapore Customs and company procedures.
• Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules; follow up on outstanding orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries with delivery updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm availability, order fulfilment, and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and organize operational documents for easy retrieval.
• Perform assigned operational and administrative duties to support logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, purchasing orders, invoices, delivery orders, and customs permits accurately to support efficient operations
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport providers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate cargo deliveries
• Prepare and verify customs documentation in compliance with Singapore Customs requirements and company procedures
• Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules to proactively follow up on outstanding orders
• Respond to customer enquiries by providing delivery updates and resolving operational issues promptly
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, order fulfilment, and delivery arrangements
• Maintain accurate records and organize operational documents to ensure proper filing and easy retrieval
• Perform assigned operational and administrative duties to support overall logistics functions
