Job summary

Fair Breeze Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage order processing and coordinate cargo deliveries while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in logistics or administration, and ability to communicate in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic shipping systems is preferred; 5.5-day week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, customer service, or administration.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn computerized business systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Meticulous and well-organized to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, purchasing orders, invoices, delivery orders, and customs permits accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport providers, customers, and suppliers for timely cargo deliveries.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation per Singapore Customs and company procedures.
• Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules; follow up on outstanding orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries with delivery updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm availability, order fulfilment, and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and organize operational documents for easy retrieval.
• Perform assigned operational and administrative duties to support logistics functions.
