Plan operational schedules, job assignments, and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
Coordinate with Admin and Finance on contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Handle operational enquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Supervise and develop team members to improve operational performance and accountability.
Support digitalisation initiatives and operational system improvements.
Manage service centre operations including technicians and service advisors.
Monitor job cards, labour efficiency, and parts usage.
Ensure quality standards, proper service documentation, and timely job completion.
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Track key service metrics such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Manage deployment and operational readiness of the company’s rental fleet.
Coordinate servicing schedules, inspections, and insurance renewals.
Monitor fleet utilization, mileage, and maintenance costs.
Oversee and manage stock management for motorcycles, parts, and accessories locally and overseas.
Coordinate procurement, supplier negotiations, and replenishment planning.
Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
Work with Sales on product development initiatives and new offerings.
Liaise with vendors to secure competitive pricing and supply terms.
Support product launches, bundled packages, and service innovations.
