Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across retail outlets, workshop/service centre, fleet, and logistics.
• Plan operational schedules, job assignments, and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
• Coordinate with Admin and Finance on contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle operational enquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Supervise and develop team members to improve operational performance.
• Support digitalisation initiatives and operational system improvements.
• Manage service centre operations including technicians and service advisors.
• Monitor job cards, labour efficiency, and parts usage.
• Ensure quality standards, proper service documentation, and timely job completion.
• Maintain workshop safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track key service metrics such as customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage deployment of the company’s rental fleet.
• Coordinate servicing schedules and monitor fleet utilization.
• Oversee stock management for motorcycles, parts, and accessories.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier negotiations, and replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Work with Sales on product development initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors for competitive pricing and supply terms.

• Handle operational enquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Supervise and develop team members to improve operational performance and accountability.
• Support digitalisation initiatives and operational system improvements.

SERVICE CENTRE & WORKSHOP

• Manage service centre operations including technicians and service advisors.
• Monitor job cards, labour efficiency, and parts usage.
• Ensure quality standards, proper service documentation, and timely job completion.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track key service metrics such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

FLEET OPERATIONS

• Manage deployment and operational readiness of the company’s rental fleet.
• Coordinate servicing schedules, inspections, and insurance renewals.
• Monitor fleet utilization, mileage, and maintenance costs.

INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN

• Oversee and manage stock management for motorcycles, parts, and accessories locally and overseas.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier negotiations, and replenishment planning.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.

PRODUCT & VENDOR COLLABORATION

• Work with Sales on product development initiatives and new offerings.
• Liaise with vendors to secure competitive pricing and supply terms.
• Support product launches, bundled packages, and service innovations.
