• Develop fleet maintenance strategies to maximise vehicle availability and minimise downtime.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, maintenance costs, insurance renewals, inspections, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse fleet performance data and recommend cost‑saving initiatives.

INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

• Oversee inventory planning and control for motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and related products.
• Develop procurement strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimising holding costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Review purchasing forecasts and coordinate replenishment planning for local and overseas suppliers.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and stock reconciliation.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimise stock discrepancies and improve inventory turnover.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Collaborate with Sales and Management to identify new business opportunities, product offerings, and service improvements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favourable terms, and reliable supply.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, bundled packages, and operational implementation.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

COMPLIANCE, QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Establish quality assurance processes across all operational functions.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and performance metrics.
