All Would Envy PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our e-commerce platform, warehouse and retail outlets in Singapore.

You will coordinate inventory, logistics and staff schedules to keep outlets running smoothly and support fast-paced product launches. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented and capable of working independently with strong communication and people management skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail, fashion or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently.
• Organised and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across our e-commerce platform, warehouse and retail outlets.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, stock movements, deliveries and inventory management.
• Plan staff schedules, coordinate manpower and ensure smooth retail operations.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories and couriers and other external parties.
• Support product launches, photoshoots, livestreams and promotional events.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep things running smoothly: Oversee daily operations across our e-commerce platform, warehouse and retail outlets.
• Manage inventory & logistics: Coordinate order fulfilment, stock movements, deliveries and inventory management.
• Support our people: Plan staff schedules, coordinate manpower and ensure smooth retail operations.
• Work with our partners: Liaise with suppliers, factories, couriers and other external parties.
• Be part of the action: Support exciting product launches, photoshoots, livestreams and promotional events.
• Make things better: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, solve operational challenges and support business growth.
