Job summary

Outbox Plus is seeking an experienced operations lead to oversee daily activities across gelato, café, and related outlets. You will develop and enforce SOPs, monitor quality and safety, and drive performance through hands-on leadership both onsite and remotely.

The role blends on-site oversight for 3–4 days weekly with remote supervision and operational management, ensuring consistent service standards and profitability across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, café, or multi-outlet operations
• Strong knowledge of SOP implementation and operational management
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams onsite and remotely
• Hands-on, organized, and able to work independently

About the role

An independent contractor / subcontractor role requiring approximately 3–4 days per week onsite in Singapore, with the remaining time dedicated to remote supervision and operational management. You will oversee and improve daily operations across gelato and café outlets, covering gelato, waffles, hot food, and beverages.
