WU FU (CHOA CHU KANG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive F&B Executive to oversee daily operations across our food courts, coffee shops, and F&B outlets in Singapore.

You will supervise staff, maintain service standards, manage scheduling, and support management in achieving operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work in fast paced environments.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across assigned F&B outlets.
• Monitor outlet performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise, guide, and support outlet supervisors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
• Liaise with stall tenants, suppliers, contractors, and authorities.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Assist management in implementing procedures and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Support new outlet openings and other projects.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and responsible F&B Executive to oversee the daily operations of our food courts, coffee shops, and F&B outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, supervising staff, and supporting management in achieving operational efficiency and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across assigned F&B outlets.

• Monitor outlet performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Supervise, guide, and support outlet supervisors and operational staff.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.

• Conduct regular outlet inspections and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.

• Liaise with stall tenants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
