Job summary

RASA RASA FOOD FIESTA RESTAURANT LLP in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service and help run daily restaurant operations.

You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency, including handling guest feedback and coordinating with staff.

This role includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with staff meals provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and feedback.
• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations per company standards and objectives.
• Ensure MOH and company food safety, hygiene and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Supervise and support staff to maintain service quality, efficiency and discipline.
• Handle administrative duties including daily reporting, scheduling, inventory coordination, and other tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

Job description

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for all guests.


2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to customer needs and feedback.


3. Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant in accordance with the company's operational standards and business objectives.


4. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including the requirements of the Ministry of Health (MOH), as well as company policies and procedures.


5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations and excellent service delivery.


6. Supervise and support staff to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and workplace discipline.


7. Handle basic administrative duties, including daily reporting, scheduling, inventory coordination, and other assigned operational tasks.


8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
