Job summary

We are an expanding company in Singapore seeking a detail-oriented logistics support staff to join our team. You will handle day-to-day export operations, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams to meet customers' requirements.

Working hours are 11am to 8pm (tentative); this role requires independence and strong teamwork, with hands-on problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Entry level; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem solving.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Willing to work in Singapore location.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day export operations.
• 50% office and 50% warehouse duties.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill customers' requirements.
• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as packing list and invoices; execute AWB.
• Packing and moving of cargoes when required.
• Declare and apply custom permit related documents.
