Job summary

ACS Freight Services Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level logistics/operations staff to support daily export activities in Singapore. The role involves both office and warehouse tasks, coordinating with customer service and warehouse teams to fulfill client requirements.

You will prepare packing lists, invoices, and Air Waybills, and assist with cargo packing and movement as needed. Ideal candidates are meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work while also being strong team

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day operations work, ensuring all export shipments are smooth.
• 50% office, 50% warehouse.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill customer requirements.
• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as packing lists and invoices; execute AWB.
• Packing and moving of cargoes when required.
• Declare and apply customs-related permits and documents.
