Job summary

ENF LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an operation staff to support sea import and export processes and documentation.

The role involves coordinating with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely deliveries, with additional duties related to customs declarations where applicable. Candidates with shipping experience are preferred; however, training will be provided for those without prior exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in sea import/export operations and documentation (booking, shipping instructions, BL and customs declaration) is preferred.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work with others.
• Willing to learn and be efficient in duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle sea import & export operations and documentation (e.g., booking, shipping instructions, BL and customs declaration).
• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Liaise with transports or vendors to ensure cargo deliveries on time.
• Able to declare customs permits and certificates of origin (advantage).
