IRON CHEF F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to help run our F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to guidelines, quality, and smooth day-to-day operations at our Singapore locations.

You will manage cashiers, beverage preparation, opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory; drive sales, supervise staff, coordinate with team, ensure health and safety compliance, and support ad-hoc projects.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or related field.
• Knowledge of the F&B industry is a plus.
• Strong delegation, planning and execution skills.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, retain and motivate staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with weekend/public holiday availability.
• Commit to 6 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and be involved in day-to-day operations of business (i.e. cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, outlet opening and closing, scheduling, etc.)
• Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and support their daily tasks
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations regarding health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Conduct inventory checks and monitoring to maintain sufficient stocks supplies for seamless operations
• Efficiently schedule and plan staffing/ roster based on outlet operational requirements
• Supervise and provide operational support
• Handle queries from suppliers and staff
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

As a Operations Executive, you assist in running F&B outlets, ensuring they align with guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. Your focus is on smooth operations, maintaining quality, and supporting the overall success of the coffee shop’s outlet.
