UNIFORCE SECURITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day security operations and deployments across multiple sites.

This role involves hands-on site presence, ensuring officer welfare, and timely response to operational requirements. The successful candidate will support the security officers, coordinate with the command centre, and maintain service standards while communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Security-related experience or qualifications is a plus.
• Positive attitude, integrity and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to lead by example and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.

• Manage daily deployment of security officers across various sites.

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our security services. This role is not office-bound and involves travel to assigned sites to ensure smooth operations, client satisfaction, and most importantly, the well-being of our security officers.

We believe that our people are our greatest strength. You are to ensure your officers are supported and treated with respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily deployment of security officers across various sites
• Point of contact and support for security officers
• Respond to operational issues and manpower needs as they arise
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
• Work closely with the command centre and compliance team
• Handle client communication and feedback

Key Requirements:

• Security related experience or qualifications is a plus

• Ability to lead by example
• Able to work independently
• Willing to be on standby and respond when operations support is needed
• Comfortable to work on the move (role is not office-based)
