Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Deployment Officer to plan, coordinate and manage the deployment of security officers across client sites, ensuring compliant coverage and smooth operations.

You will schedule rosters, monitor attendance, arrange replacements, verify licences and prepare management reports, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in manpower deployment, rostering or security operations.
• Basic computer literacy with Google Sheets for scheduling and records.
• Candidate may need security licences and training verified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the deployment of security officers to client sites in accordance with operational requirements and contractual obligations.
• Prepare, update and maintain deployment schedules, duty rosters and manpower records.
• Monitor daily attendance and manpower availability, identify deployment gaps and arrange replacement officers where necessary.
• Liaise with Operations in Charge, and security officers to ensure adequate manpower coverage and minimize operational disruptions.
• Communicate deployment instructions, roster changes and reporting arrangements to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, manpower deployment, absenteeism and replacement arrangements.
• Verify relevant security licences, training and qualifications where required for the assigned duties.
• Prepare manpower deployment and attendance reports for management review.
• Escalate manpower shortages, deployment discrepancies and operational issues to the reporting management.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, client requirements and Company policies relevant to the role.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the position as assigned by the Company from time to time.

About the role

Skills and Experience

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use Google Sheets for deployment scheduling and manpower records.
• At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in manpower deployment, rostering, security operations or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience in security operations, manpower planning, deployment coordination or protective services will have an added advantage.
