Job summary

Security Xchange LLP is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to plan, manage and optimize daily manpower deployments across multiple sites in Singapore. You will coordinate with operations teams, site supervisors and clients to meet deployment needs and contractual requirements, handle last‑minute changes, and maintain attendance and duty rosters.

• Plan, prepare, and manage daily/weekly manpower deployment schedules.
• Coordinate with operations teams, site supervisors, and clients on deployment needs.
• Ensure sufficient manpower is deployed to all sites according to contractual requirements.
• Handle urgent replacements, absenteeism cases, and last-minute deployment changes.
• Maintain and update deployment records, attendance reports, and duty rosters.
• Ensure officers comply with company SOPs, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Support onboarding and briefing of new officers before deployment.
• Assist in resolving operational issues raised by clients or supervisors.
• Monitor deployment performance and provide timely reports to management.
• Support overall operational planning and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
