Job summary

MA KUANG CHINESE MEDICINE & RESEARCH CENTRE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Clinic Operations professional to implement service SOPs and enhance patient experience in our Singapore clinic. You will coordinate TCM service delivery, liaise with clinic managers, monitor overall operations and handle complaints with tact.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree, strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and good communication with customer service orientation.
