Aufgaben

• Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company.
• Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track performance.
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations.
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents.
• Execute all company's clinic assistant related matters including roster, schedule, conduct, performance.
• Plan and execute referral scheme between different healthcare partners.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.
