SINODA SHIPPING AGENCY PTE LTD is seeking a Shipping Operations Coordinator to manage port calls, vessel berthing, and cargo handling. You will coordinate with port authorities, shipping agents, and terminal operators, while ensuring timely vessel turnaround and compliance with ISM/ISPS standards.

Responsibilities include document preparation (B/L, manifest, port clearance), record-keeping, cargo tracking, and acting as the liaison between vessel, office, and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Practical understanding of port operations and cargo handling.
• Proficiency in preparing shipping documents (B/L, manifest, port clearance).
• Familiarity with ISM/ISPS and environmental standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate port calls, vessel berthing, bunkering, cargo loading/unloading.
• Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents, and terminal operators.
• Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely turnaround.
• Support marine crew with documentation and shore requirements.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including B/L, manifest, port clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, safety regulations (ISM/ISPS), and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of operational documents.
• Track cargo movement and ensure proper handling, storage, and delivery.
• Liaise with shippers, consignees, and logistics providers.
• Act as point of contact between vessel, office, and external stakeholders.
• Provide updates to clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist in audits and inspections from clients or authorities.
