You will prepare regular ship position updates, help optimize voyages for cost efficiency, and handle weekend shifts as required, bringing strong communication and teamwork to a fast-paced shipping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating operations within a logistics or shipping environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in ship operations is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to handle the department's shift phone and work on weekends when required.
