Job summary

Direct Search Global Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage ship positions, voyage updates, and client communications. The role centers on coordinating daily operations, liaising with service providers and agents to ensure smooth commercial activities and cost-effective voyages.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination within the logistics, maritime, or shipping industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination within the logistics, maritime, or shipping industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in ship or vessel operations will be an added advantage
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Willingness to manage the department's shift phone and work on weekends when required
