Job summary

FIT CLIMB PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to support day-to-day gym operations, maintain facilities, and uphold safety and quality for members.

You will oversee equipment, manage SOPs, coordinate maintenance, and work with the team to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors, including weekends and holidays.

On-the-job training will be provided; you should be organized, proactive, and able to balance priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the use, care, maintenance, and record-keeping of gym facilities, equipment, and operational assets to ensure safety and functionality
• Identify and implement improvements in operational processes, facilities, and technologies to enhance efficiency and member experience
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility maintenance, cleanliness, and daily operations
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing to keep facilities and equipment safe and in good working condition
• Monitor gym cleanliness and upkeep to meet required standards consistently
• Assess facility conditions regularly and propose enhancements to improve the gym environment
• Support the development and consistent application of operational procedures across daily activities
• Welcome and engage members and guests during check-in to provide a positive first impression
• Assist members with enquiries promptly and professionally
• Address customer feedback and operational concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for all members
• Work shifts allocated based on business needs, including opening and closing duties, weekends, and public holidays as per roster
