Job summary

Platinum Fitness SG PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated individuals to deliver high-quality customer service and support the safe operation of gym facilities. The role involves managing front desk duties, memberships, and inquiries across CBD outlets with a focus on professionalism and safety.

Ideal candidates are punctual, personable, and able to commit to at least 3 shifts of 5–7 hours weekly between 8am–8pm for a minimum of 6 months, across 2 outlets. First-aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• First-Aid certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk operations of the assigned gym outlet, including membership registration and handling enquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels.
• Utilise required digital tools and platforms effectively.
• Demonstrate integrity and adhere to operational policies and guidelines.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover procedures before and after each shift.
• Report to the Studio Manager(s) and COO for issues encountered during shift.

Job description

We are seeking motivated individuals with an interest in fitness and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality customer service and support the safe and efficient operation of our gym facilities.

Role Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Manage the front desk operations of the assigned gym outlet, including but not limited to membership registration, handling enquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels, inventory count, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and maintaining overall gym cleanliness and tidiness.
• Utilise required digital tools and platforms effectively in the performance of duties.
• Demonstrate integrity and strict adherence to operational policies, protocols, and guidelines.
• Respond to the needs of customers and other stakeholders in a timely, professional, and responsible manner.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover procedures are completed before and after each shift.
• Report and be accountable to the Studio Manager(s) and COO for all matters encountered during shift duty.

Role Requirement:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Punctual, dependable, conscientious, and well-organised with a positive, can-do attitude
• Enjoys personal interactions and have an approachable personality
• Able to commit minimum 3 shifts of 5 to 7 hours per shift every week between 8am to 8pm
• Able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months across 2 outlets in the CBD area

Certification / Prior Work Experience:

• Prior customer service experience required
• First-Aid certified preferred

Physical Requirement:

• Able to walk around the gym facilities, climb stairs, lift, clean and pack heavy gym equipment (up to 20kg weights)
