Job summary

APARO OFFICIAL PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operations Assistant to keep our online store running smoothly day to day. You will handle incoming stock, order fulfilment, and customer enquiries.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, updating Shopify records, processing orders across TikTok Shop and Shopify, and assisting with ad hoc tasks to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, administration, or customer service (diploma holders and fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome)
• Clear and polite written English communication for customer interactions
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate stock counts and order verification
• Physical ability to lift and pack cartons safely

Responsibilities

• Process returns and exchanges following established refund and exchange policies
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, order issues, and recurring customer questions to the team for resolution
• Assist the team with various ad hoc operational tasks as needed
