Jobs Alley Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cleaning Operations Executive to coordinate resources, oversee work procedures, manage service contracts and handle incidents. The role focuses on improving processes and service quality through planning and stakeholder communication.

You will visit sites, enforce standards, renew contracts, resolve incidents, and communicate with clients. Weekend, PH, day and night shifts are required; a salary of SGD 3,500–4,500 with allowances is offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning operation resources to ensure efficient task completion and service delivery
• Monitor and enforce adherence to established work procedures to maintain operational standards
• Manage service contracts by tracking compliance and facilitating renewals or amendments as needed
• Investigate and resolve work incidents promptly to minimize disruption and maintain safety
• Develop and recommend operational plans aimed at enhancing work processes and service quality
• Conduct site visits to assess cleaning operations and implement improvements based on observations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to address operational issues and foster collaboration
• Organize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and approachability in interactions
• Able to work weekends, PH. Day and night shift.
