Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day freight operations (import/export, air/sea/land shipments).


• Handle documentation including shipping instructions, permits, BL/AWB, invoices, and customs declarations.


• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.


• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve operational issues promptly.


• Provide customer service support, including responding to shipment enquiries and status updates.


• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, trade regulations, and safety requirements.


• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.


• At least 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations (fresh grads with internship experience may be considered).


• Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of freight/logistics software is an advantage.
