Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years working experience as a warehouse planning executive in Logistics MNC environment.
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (SAP preferred).
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse management system, automation and ERP integration projects globally.
• Initiate and coordinate system and process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
• Plan and set up warehouse layouts for existing and new facilities, ensuring optimal space use.
• Generate regular reports and operational statistics for management decisions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for receiving, outbound, dispatch and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align new procedures and best practices.
• Deploy new procedures and conduct training sessions for smooth implementation.

About the role

The Operation Excellence Executive is part of the Global Logistics Innovation center, responsible for supporting the Distribution Centre (DC) operations, system procedures, and projects. The role requires a strong and deep understanding of DC best practices to propose initiatives and assists the management in making informed decisions on process improvements and innovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support, assist in coordinating and executing warehouse management system, automation and ERP integration projects, from exploration to implementation, locally and globally (when applicable)
• Initiate and coordinate both systems and process improvements to improve efficiency and minimize mistakes
• Plan and setup warehouse layouts for existing and new facilities, ensuring optimal warehouse space utilization without compromising process flow and efficiency
• Generate regular reports and operational statistics to support management decision-making
• Develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of receiving, outbound process, dispatch, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align and communicate new procedures and best practices
• Deploy new procedures and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth implementation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• 3-5 years working experience as a warehouse planning executive in Logistics MNC environment
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds, relevant internship experience, or project experience are welcome to apply
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (SAP preferred)
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Applications
• Deep expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
