• Lead High-Impact Projects: drive operational improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: gather and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and quantify opportunities.
• KPI & Incentive Design: build metrics and incentives aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with warehouse ops, logistics, tech, and regional teams.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: manage projects from concept to delivery within scope.

As an Operations Planning & Project Executive, you will take the lead in redesigning and improving our returns & refunds warehouse operations and operationalise our next major warehouse automation project. This is a hands‑on role that blends data analytics, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration, where your insights and execution will have a direct and measurable impact on our operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Transform Returns & Refund Operations: Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process changes to handle high-volume returns with speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Launch Warehouse Automation: Lead the initial phases of an automation initiative, including opportunity assessment, vendor selection, proof‑of‑concept design, and implementation planning.
• Lead High‑Impact Projects: Drive operational improvements, capacity expansions, and productivity initiatives that deliver tangible results.
• Data‑Driven Problem Solving: Gather and interpret operational data to identify bottlenecks, quantify improvement opportunities, and guide decision‑making.
• KPI & Incentive Design: Build and refine performance metrics and incentive systems that align operational teams with broader business goals.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse ops, logistics, tech, and regional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• End‑to‑End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
