Responsibilities
- Lead development and improvement of production processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance reliability.
- Apply industrial engineering principles to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
- Oversee and support shift operations, guiding technical staff to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with E2E, Maintenance, Commercial, and Supply Chain to achieve excellence.
- Prepare technical reports, analyses, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
