Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Production Engineer to optimize plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and compliance across Maintenance, Quality, and HSE teams. Qualifications

• BS or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years in process, production, or project engineering in chemicals/pharma.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Procedure/IMS Compliance: follow procedures, stop work if unsafe or non-compliant and report using MOC.
• Proactively monitor key production parameters and lead investigations for deviations.
• Lead or participate in MOC for plant/process changes and verify recovery and performance.
