Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations on a designated shift, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives while guiding a team of operators and technicians.

You will enforce SOPs, manage training and qualifications, balance safety with productivity, and lead investigations into process deviations, supporting continuous improvement and reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years in process, production, or project engineering with 2+ years in leadership.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Deep understanding of chemical processing systems and high-purity chemicals.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor production technicians, ensuring training and qualification.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and process safety requirements.
• Manage scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory for the shift.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and drive continuous improvement.
