Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) invites you to join as an operations professional overseeing plant reliability and safety. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage budgets, and drive improvements through MOC and IMS standards to ensure continuous supply for Singapore's manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in the chemical industry.
• Knowledge of FMEA/HAZOP risk management tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to lead a team of operation technicians.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly site maintenance schedules and ensure plant availability.
• Lead root-cause analyses for site incidents and drive CAPA and near-miss reporting.
• Enforce Safe Work Permits, Risk Assessments, MOC and IMS compliance.
• Monitor OPEX against budget and justify CAPEX for plant improvements.
• Train and develop site personnel, lead daily shift handovers.
