Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in the chemical industry.
• Knowledge of FMEA/HAZOP risk management tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to lead a team of operation technicians.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly site maintenance schedules and ensure plant availability.
• Lead root-cause analyses for site incidents and drive CAPA and near-miss reporting.
• Enforce Safe Work Permits, Risk Assessments, MOC and IMS compliance.
• Monitor OPEX against budget and justify CAPEX for plant improvements.
• Train and develop site personnel, lead daily shift handovers.
