Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore is seeking aProduction Engineer to act as a technical resource for Operations, drivingLean and continuous improvement across Maintenance, Quality, and HSE. You will lead problem solving, KPI tracking, and capital projects to enhance safety, reliability and product quality.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering, 3+ years of process/production engineering experience, and ability to work across sites. Nights/weekends may be required based on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or above in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Root cause investigation training and data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with P&ID diagrams and process control principles.
• Experience with high-purity manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations as a technical resource to optimize plant performance.
• Drive change management and implement improvements safely and effectively.
• Monitor key KPIs and lead problem-solving to close gaps.
• Lead or participate in capital projects to improve reliability and product quality.
