Job summary

Air Liquide in Singapore seeks a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations on a shift, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards, quality specs, and production schedules. You will mentor operators and technicians, drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of accountability.

The role requires 5+ years in process or production engineering with at least 2 years in leadership, and fluency in English. Rotating shifts and flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in process, production, or project engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant operations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to read P&ID and understand chemical processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to procedures, safety, and quality.
• Lead and mentor technicians; manage shift staffing and training.
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, and cost across the shift; drive improvements.
• Investigate deviations and root causes; coordinate with Maintenance and QA.
