Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an Operations & Delivery Executive to manage day-to-day order fulfilment, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the kitchen, packing team and drivers to deliver on time.

You will consolidate orders from multiple sales channels, prepare delivery lists, handle customer communications via WhatsApp and phone, and assist with invoicing and basic admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented with strong English communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm when plans change.
• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Check and consolidate orders from all sales channels.
• Prepare accurate order lists for kitchen and packing team.
• Verify products, quantities and delivery instructions before fulfilment.
• Follow up on changed, incomplete or outstanding orders.
• Ensure orders are completed from start to finish; accuracy is critical.
• Confirm delivery details with customers and inform timing changes.
• Plan daily delivery routes and load orders for delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers and manage rescheduled deliveries.
• Prepare and send customer invoices when required; enter invoice data.
• Coordinate between kitchen, packing, customers and deliveries; assist with stock checks.
