Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant experience in customer service or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with logistics or container/tank operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMS/operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify drivers’ and trucks’ details, including booking and release references, and CMS bookings.
• Create, check, and issue Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIRs) for in-gate and out-gate movements, with tank numbers, size/type, and condition.
• Confirm tank holds and releases, ensuring AV condition with valid cleaning certificates before gate movements.
• Respond to customers’ storage and release orders via email.
• Create and process storage and release orders in the CMS system.
• Prepare and send daily inventory reports to designated customers.
• Update release order details in shared folders to arrange cleaning certificates and hydrotests.
• Collect DHC/EFS charges from hauliers via PayNow and generate daily collection reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all operational records.
